From a young age, I always loved baking. I have many fond memories of baking with my mom and grandmothers. I would bake with friends and spend hours decorating intricate designs on cupcakes. While attending university (for something completely different!), I started working at a cake shop. After a couple of years there, I knew I wanted to switch to pastry school and pursue this dream!

At Bake My Day we bake everything fresh, using tried and true recipes, with bold, natural flavours.

The art and design aspect of cake decorating is what makes my creations unique. I never considered myself an artist until I started working with cake. I like to draw inspiration from nature, infrastructure, textures, etc. all around me. I am constantly learning new techniques and growing as an artist.

I LOVE cake and bringing together family + friends. My passion shines through in my work, and I would be honoured to be a part of your special event.
